Radovi komunalne infrastrukture iznad magistrale u Kaštel Kambelovcu, čiji su početak tamošnji mještani, njih nekoliko stotina, čekali kao ozebli sunce, sasvim se, sigurno je, mogu svrstati u rubriku “vjerovali ili ne”.

Nakon prosvjeda koji je organiziran prošlog ljeta, kada su se stanovnici tog dijela Kaštela pobunili s ciljem ubrzavanja radova, i zbog turističke sezone i više stotina metara dugog pješačenja do vlastitih kuća, stanje se, vjerovali ili ne, do dana današnjeg nije maklo s mrtve točke.

Voda prelila čašu

Ovaj put zaprijetili su blokadama ceste ukoliko se zastrašujuće stanje ne promjeni što prije, a da je voda odavno prelila čašu svjedoče i izjave građana koji otkazuju rezervacije turista, a do nekih sa zdravstvenim problemima, djelatnici Hitne pomoći pješače po 200 metara jer vozilom ne mogu do njih.

Ovome stanju napokon treba doći kraj i spremni smo na razne neposluhe i okupljanja – sve dok nas se ne dovede do civiliziranog standarda života.

– Taman kad čovjek promisli da se u našoj državi nešto mijenja, ono te vrati unazad i shvatiš da živiš u hrvatskoj realnosti gdje se 300 metara ceste radi godinu dana.

Uništene su nam dvije turističke sezone, a busamo se u prsa da smo turistička zemlja. Sramota je svih sramota, da se ulica nakon deset mjeseci rada ne može asfaltirati – kazao je Ante Karanušić, stanovnik ulice Put Kruševika, koji je zajedno s ostalim susjedima ogorčen radovima bez plana i programa, nazivajući ih hrvatskim ćušpajzom.

Ulica nam je još gora nego na početku radova, gledamo kako će nam djeca poginut, jer kad prolazi auto, kamenje frca na sve strane. A da vam ne govorim što smo sve prošli dok su trajali radovi u ulici. Jedan put mi je pozlilo, čekala sam Hitnu koja nije mogla doći do moje kuće, ljudi su pješice došli do mene – kazala je zgroženo Marija Šikić i dodala da su izgubili strpljenje čekajući asfaltiranje ulice.

Iako ne žele osporiti potrebu izvođenja radova kako bi se dovršilo priključenje na vodu i kanalizaciju, nije im jasno zašto toliko vremena treba proći da bi se sve privelo kraju.

Bahati razgovor

– Znamo nešto o građevini i matematici, 700 metara je ceste i lako je izračunat koliko se i kako radilo, ako radovi traju godinu dana. I nakon godinu dana radova, imamo jako loše uvjete na cesti koja je još uvijek makadamska i nije asfaltirana. Zadnji put u ulici su radnici bili prije skoro tri mjeseca, sada izvode radove u sporednim ulicama – kazala je Ivana Puljak do koje se cesta račva pa je duža, te navela da je kontaktirala i “Vodovod” i da je njihov, kako je kazala, glavni čovjek bio na terenu, uglavnom su vodili razgovor koji je okarakterizirala bahatim.

Puljak se pita, zašto izvodi radove netko tko je spor, jer, kako je kazala, ima puno ljudi koji jedva čekaju raditi, te da je trebalo zaposliti firmu koja može pokriti gradilište u cijelosti.

Razgovarala je i s djelatnicima tvrtke “Innecto”, te kazala kako su lopticu odgovornosti prebacivali na drugoga, ali im je obećano da će asfalt doći 1. ožujka, što nije učinjeno.

Što se točno događa u ulici Put Kruševika upitali smo nadležne u VIK-u, a odgovor prenosimo u cijelosti.

---– Nastavno na vaše upite o radovima u ulici Put Kruševika u Kaštel Kambelovcu, situacija je sljedeća:

Radovi u toj ulici uistinu su fizički gotovi, ali zbog kanalizacijskog kolektora u ulici Put Selišća (177.6) gdje radovi još traju, izvođač nije u mogućnosti pristupiti asfaltiranju jer nakon postavljanja cijevi slijede zakonom propisani testovi o ispravnosti koje je izvođač dužan provesti.

Kraj polovicom lipnja

Dodatno, ali što isto tako utječe na tijek radova, na istom potezu mora se odraditi i nastavak radova HEP-a, tj. dio trase koji je već odrađen na polukružnom dijelu spoja s D8 se nastavlja do trafostanice pri vrhu ulice Put Kruševika te i zbog toga naš izvođač ne može pristupiti asfaltiranju prije okončanja navedenih radova HEP-a.

Na ovakav raspored radova (pored radova HEP-a) isto smo prisiljeni i zbog osiguranje alternativnog puta/pristupa za sve stanare ulice!

Završetak svih navedenih aktivnosti očekuje se polovicom lipnja 2022., te vas molimo za razumijevanje – stoji u odgovoru koji je upućen iz “Vodovoda i kanalizacije” Split.

Iako su se stanari ponadali da će se asfaltiranju pristupiti sljedeći tjedan, kako su iz VIK-a prethodno obavijestili kaštelanskoga gradonačelnika, sada je jasno da se to, unatoč tim njihovim prethodnim najavama, neće dogoditi. A hoće li se poslovi završiti i za mjesec i pol dana, kako stoji u ovom odgovoru, preostaje nam vidjeti. •

Radovi komunalne infrastrukture iznad magistrale u Kaštel Kambelovcu, čiji su početak tamošnji mještani, njih nekoliko stotina, čekali kao ozebli sunce, sasvim se, sigurno je, mogu svrstati u rubriku “vjerovali ili ne”.

Nakon prosvjeda koji je organiziran prošlog ljeta, kada su se stanovnici tog dijela Kaštela pobunili s ciljem ubrzavanja radova, i zbog turističke sezone i više stotina metara dugog pješačenja do vlastitih kuća, stanje se, vjerovali ili ne, do dana današnjeg nije maklo s mrtve točke.

Voda prelila čašu

Ovaj put zaprijetili su blokadama ceste ukoliko se zastrašujuće stanje ne promjeni što prije, a da je voda odavno prelila čašu svjedoče i izjave građana koji otkazuju rezervacije turista, a do nekih sa zdravstvenim problemima, djelatnici Hitne pomoći pješače po 200 metara jer vozilom ne mogu do njih.

Ovome stanju napokon treba doći kraj i spremni smo na razne neposluhe i okupljanja – sve dok nas se ne dovede do civiliziranog standarda života.

– Taman kad čovjek promisli da se u našoj državi nešto mijenja, ono te vrati unazad i shvatiš da živiš u hrvatskoj realnosti gdje se 300 metara ceste radi godinu dana.

Uništene su nam dvije turističke sezone, a busamo se u prsa da smo turistička zemlja. Sramota je svih sramota, da se ulica nakon deset mjeseci rada ne može asfaltirati – kazao je Ante Karanušić, stanovnik ulice Put Kruševika, koji je zajedno s ostalim susjedima ogorčen radovima bez plana i programa, nazivajući ih hrvatskim ćušpajzom.

Ulica nam je još gora nego na početku radova, gledamo kako će nam djeca poginut, jer kad prolazi auto, kamenje frca na sve strane. A da vam ne govorim što smo sve prošli dok su trajali radovi u ulici. Jedan put mi je pozlilo, čekala sam Hitnu koja nije mogla doći do moje kuće, ljudi su pješice došli do mene – kazala je zgroženo Marija Šikić i dodala da su izgubili strpljenje čekajući asfaltiranje ulice.

Iako ne žele osporiti potrebu izvođenja radova kako bi se dovršilo priključenje na vodu i kanalizaciju, nije im jasno zašto toliko vremena treba proći da bi se sve privelo kraju.

Bahati razgovor

– Znamo nešto o građevini i matematici, 700 metara je ceste i lako je izračunat koliko se i kako radilo, ako radovi traju godinu dana. I nakon godinu dana radova, imamo jako loše uvjete na cesti koja je još uvijek makadamska i nije asfaltirana. Zadnji put u ulici su radnici bili prije skoro tri mjeseca, sada izvode radove u sporednim ulicama – kazala je Ivana Puljak do koje se cesta račva pa je duža, te navela da je kontaktirala i “Vodovod” i da je njihov, kako je kazala, glavni čovjek bio na terenu, uglavnom su vodili razgovor koji je okarakterizirala bahatim.

Puljak se pita, zašto izvodi radove netko tko je spor, jer, kako je kazala, ima puno ljudi koji jedva čekaju raditi, te da je trebalo zaposliti firmu koja može pokriti gradilište u cijelosti.

Razgovarala je i s djelatnicima tvrtke “Innecto”, te kazala kako su lopticu odgovornosti prebacivali na drugoga, ali im je obećano da će asfalt doći 1. ožujka, što nije učinjeno.

Što se točno događa u ulici Put Kruševika upitali smo nadležne u VIK-u, a odgovor prenosimo u cijelosti.

---– Nastavno na vaše upite o radovima u ulici Put Kruševika u Kaštel Kambelovcu, situacija je sljedeća:

Radovi u toj ulici uistinu su fizički gotovi, ali zbog kanalizacijskog kolektora u ulici Put Selišća (177.6) gdje radovi još traju, izvođač nije u mogućnosti pristupiti asfaltiranju jer nakon postavljanja cijevi slijede zakonom propisani testovi o ispravnosti koje je izvođač dužan provesti.

Kraj polovicom lipnja

Dodatno, ali što isto tako utječe na tijek radova, na istom potezu mora se odraditi i nastavak radova HEP-a, tj. dio trase koji je već odrađen na polukružnom dijelu spoja s D8 se nastavlja do trafostanice pri vrhu ulice Put Kruševika te i zbog toga naš izvođač ne može pristupiti asfaltiranju prije okončanja navedenih radova HEP-a.

Na ovakav raspored radova (pored radova HEP-a) isto smo prisiljeni i zbog osiguranje alternativnog puta/pristupa za sve stanare ulice!

Završetak svih navedenih aktivnosti očekuje se polovicom lipnja 2022., te vas molimo za razumijevanje – stoji u odgovoru koji je upućen iz “Vodovoda i kanalizacije” Split.

Iako su se stanari ponadali da će se asfaltiranju pristupiti sljedeći tjedan, kako su iz VIK-a prethodno obavijestili kaštelanskoga gradonačelnika, sada je jasno da se to, unatoč tim njihovim prethodnim najavama, neće dogoditi. A hoće li se poslovi završiti i za mjesec i pol dana, kako stoji u ovom odgovoru, preostaje nam vidjeti. •
