Kad smo vidjeli da se ove kiflice zovu Duška, jer su meke k‘o duša, zamalo smo pali po podu od smijeha. Dosjetka je to spretne Šibenke Nine Bedrice koju pratimo na Instagramu Slatka iskušenja i koji nas stalno tjera u - slatka iskušenja. Ove su kiflice najnovije u nizu, a posebnost im je što pored ostalih uobičajenih sastojaka sadrže i jogurt. Upravo je on - uz pravu kombinaciju koiličina i jedan završni korak - zaslužan za nevjerojatnu mekoću ovih neodoljivih kiflica. Prenosimo vam recept pa se i sami uvjerite. Guštajte!
Najmekše kiflice
Sastojci:
1 tekući jogurt (200 g)
70 g krem sira
1 suhi kvasac
1 jaje
50 g šećera
500 g brašna
prstohvat soli
100 ml mlijeka
Priprema:
Od navedenih sastojaka zamijesite tijesto.Tijesto treba biti mekano, čak malo ljepljivo. Nemojte dodavati brašno, samo mrvicu za podlogu i ruke. Stavite tijesto na toplo da se diže, a proces možete ubrzati tako da ga stavite u pećnicu koju upalite na 30 ili 50°C, ali s lagano otvorenim vratima.
Kad se diglo premijesite ga, nemojte dodavati brašna, pa ga podijelite na dva dijela. Razvaljajte ga u krug pa izrežite trokutiće koje ćete nadjenuti nadjevom po želji i zarolati.
Poslažite kiflice na papir za pečenje, premažite ih mlijekom i stavite u zagrijanu pećnicu na 200°C, 10 minuta. Trebaju biti skroz nježno rumene, svijetle odozgo, a odozdo jače rumene. Kad su gotove, uzmite komadić maslaca i njime lagano premažite kiflice pa ih kratko pokrijte krpom da malo odmore i ohlade se pa ih pospite šećerom u prahu.

Kad smo vidjeli da se ove kiflice zovu Duška, jer su meke k‘o duša, zamalo smo pali po podu od smijeha. Dosjetka je to spretne Šibenke Nine Bedrice koju pratimo na Instagramu Slatka iskušenja i koji nas stalno tjera u - slatka iskušenja. Ove su kiflice najnovije u nizu, a posebnost im je što pored ostalih uobičajenih sastojaka sadrže i jogurt. Upravo je on - uz pravu kombinaciju koiličina i jedan završni korak - zaslužan za nevjerojatnu mekoću ovih neodoljivih kiflica. Prenosimo vam recept pa se i sami uvjerite. Guštajte!
Najmekše kiflice
Sastojci:
1 tekući jogurt (200 g)
70 g krem sira
1 suhi kvasac
1 jaje
50 g šećera
500 g brašna
prstohvat soli
100 ml mlijeka
Priprema:
Od navedenih sastojaka zamijesite tijesto.Tijesto treba biti mekano, čak malo ljepljivo. Nemojte dodavati brašno, samo mrvicu za podlogu i ruke. Stavite tijesto na toplo da se diže, a proces možete ubrzati tako da ga stavite u pećnicu koju upalite na 30 ili 50°C, ali s lagano otvorenim vratima.
Kad se diglo premijesite ga, nemojte dodavati brašna, pa ga podijelite na dva dijela. Razvaljajte ga u krug pa izrežite trokutiće koje ćete nadjenuti nadjevom po želji i zarolati.
Poslažite kiflice na papir za pečenje, premažite ih mlijekom i stavite u zagrijanu pećnicu na 200°C, 10 minuta. Trebaju biti skroz nježno rumene, svijetle odozgo, a odozdo jače rumene. Kad su gotove, uzmite komadić maslaca i njime lagano premažite kiflice pa ih kratko pokrijte krpom da malo odmore i ohlade se pa ih pospite šećerom u prahu.
