U spektakularnom finalu MasterChefa, u najpoznatijoj televizijskoj kuhinji svoje su kulinarske snage po posljednji put odmjerili 19-godišnji Luka Veić i 30-godišnja Sarah Mikulec. Svaki detalj pripreme jela bio je ključan, a finalna epizoda donijela je neočekivane obrate i iznimnu kulinarsku vještinu finalista. No pobjednik je mogao biti samo jedan, a presudili su okusi u iznimno zanimljivom desertu kojeg je pripremio Luka te mu donijeli prestižni pehar i nagradu od 30 tisuća eura.

Dvoje finalista, koje su s galerije bodrili bivši kandidati, za pripremu svih jela imali su 120 minuta, nakon čega su pred žiri iznosili hladno predjelo. Nakon što su ga prezentirali, vratili su se za radnu jedinicu i imali 20 minuta da dovrše toplo predjelo. Istim principom imali su 20 minuta za glavno jelo te na kraju isto toliko za desert. Svaki slijed morali su poslužiti na tri zasebna tanjura te su jela na svakom od tri tanjura morala biti identična, a žiri je jela ocjenjivao ocjenama od 1 do 10.

Luka i Sarah su u MasterChef kuhinju došli s već osmišljenim pobjedničkim jelima, no tijekom kuhanja, Sarah je u jednom trenutku počela mijenjati recept. Slično se dogodilo i Luki, koji je također mijenjao nešto od prvotnog plana tijekom kuhanja. U nekim su jelima odlučili izostaviti sitnice i detalje te žiriju servirati nešto jednostavnije, ali opet dovoljno komplicirane kulinarske kreacije s brojnim komponentama.

Jela su pred žiri donosili zajedno. „Sarin tanjur mi je jako lijep, sviđa mi se kako je to servirala, možda je kod mene malo drugačiji koncept, ali zadovoljan sam i sa svojim“, rekao je Luka kad je vidio Sarino hladno predjelo. Sarah je za hladno predjelo odlučila donijeti jelo s brojnim komponentama, među kojima su bili gazpacho od grožđa, orašastih plodova i avokada, ulje od začinskog bilja, žele i rižin čips s prahom. Luka se pak odlučio za carpaccio od škarpine s emulzijom limuna i naranče, kremom od pastrve, kramblom od pršuta i kavijar od naranče.

Za toplo predjelo Sarah je servirala kroket od tofua i slanutka, umak od začinskog bilja, blitve i špinata, čips od raštike te kremu od karamelizirane raštike. Luka je žiriju predstavio raviol punjen grdobinom i škampima u bisqueu od škampi i lubenice te klice graška i ulje od peršina.

Sarah je za glavno jelo, na tanjuru donijela jelo s hrskavim, slatkim, slanim i kremastim komponentama u kojem su između ostaloga bili i lungić premazan crnim sezamom, karmeliziranu jabuku, ljutiku punjenu paštetom od prepelice i džem od raznog voća. Luka je servirao janjetinu u pistaciji i menti s diskom od celera koji je punjen mousseom od mozga i ovčjeg sira, prepeličjih jaja, kiseli luk u cikli te umak od janjetine i ulje od paprike.
Sarah je za zadnje jelo donijela efektan desert sa suhim ledom, dok je Luka napravio desert s pričom o njegovom kraju, a između ostalog je sadržavao mousse od magarećeg mlijeka i bijele čokolade punjene datuljama i koprivama.

Ocjene za hladno predjelo bile su izjednačene, no tijekom ocjenjivanja toplog predjela Sarah je prešla u vodstvo, a tek je desert odlučio o pobjedniku. Bio je to Luka koji je dobio najviše ocjene za svoje slasne završne kreacije. „Nekako mi je sve nestvarno. Baš su me preplavile emocije. Pehar je moj. Posvećujem ga sebi. Još ne mogu vjerovati koliko me emocije trgaju. Presretan sam. Volio bih da me netko uštipne, da mi da neki znak da je ovo stvarnost“, rekao je Luka dodavši da mu je ova pobjeda vjetar u leđa. Iako joj je pobjeda izmakla za dlaku, Sarah ne žali: „Sad sam svjesna da sam jaka i da sam zapravo dogurala do finala MasterChefa i ne mogu vjerovati. Nema tračka razočaranja u meni. Luka je osvojio titulu MasterChefa i više nego zasluženo“.
„MasterChef mi je potpuno promijenio život. Veselim se svemu i drago mi je što sam se prijavio ovdje i prošao ovo iskustvo“, rekao je Luka za kraj.

U spektakularnom finalu MasterChefa, u najpoznatijoj televizijskoj kuhinji svoje su kulinarske snage po posljednji put odmjerili 19-godišnji Luka Veić i 30-godišnja Sarah Mikulec. Svaki detalj pripreme jela bio je ključan, a finalna epizoda donijela je neočekivane obrate i iznimnu kulinarsku vještinu finalista. No pobjednik je mogao biti samo jedan, a presudili su okusi u iznimno zanimljivom desertu kojeg je pripremio Luka te mu donijeli prestižni pehar i nagradu od 30 tisuća eura.

Dvoje finalista, koje su s galerije bodrili bivši kandidati, za pripremu svih jela imali su 120 minuta, nakon čega su pred žiri iznosili hladno predjelo. Nakon što su ga prezentirali, vratili su se za radnu jedinicu i imali 20 minuta da dovrše toplo predjelo. Istim principom imali su 20 minuta za glavno jelo te na kraju isto toliko za desert. Svaki slijed morali su poslužiti na tri zasebna tanjura te su jela na svakom od tri tanjura morala biti identična, a žiri je jela ocjenjivao ocjenama od 1 do 10.

Luka i Sarah su u MasterChef kuhinju došli s već osmišljenim pobjedničkim jelima, no tijekom kuhanja, Sarah je u jednom trenutku počela mijenjati recept. Slično se dogodilo i Luki, koji je također mijenjao nešto od prvotnog plana tijekom kuhanja. U nekim su jelima odlučili izostaviti sitnice i detalje te žiriju servirati nešto jednostavnije, ali opet dovoljno komplicirane kulinarske kreacije s brojnim komponentama.

Jela su pred žiri donosili zajedno. „Sarin tanjur mi je jako lijep, sviđa mi se kako je to servirala, možda je kod mene malo drugačiji koncept, ali zadovoljan sam i sa svojim“, rekao je Luka kad je vidio Sarino hladno predjelo. Sarah je za hladno predjelo odlučila donijeti jelo s brojnim komponentama, među kojima su bili gazpacho od grožđa, orašastih plodova i avokada, ulje od začinskog bilja, žele i rižin čips s prahom. Luka se pak odlučio za carpaccio od škarpine s emulzijom limuna i naranče, kremom od pastrve, kramblom od pršuta i kavijar od naranče.

Za toplo predjelo Sarah je servirala kroket od tofua i slanutka, umak od začinskog bilja, blitve i špinata, čips od raštike te kremu od karamelizirane raštike. Luka je žiriju predstavio raviol punjen grdobinom i škampima u bisqueu od škampi i lubenice te klice graška i ulje od peršina.

Sarah je za glavno jelo, na tanjuru donijela jelo s hrskavim, slatkim, slanim i kremastim komponentama u kojem su između ostaloga bili i lungić premazan crnim sezamom, karmeliziranu jabuku, ljutiku punjenu paštetom od prepelice i džem od raznog voća. Luka je servirao janjetinu u pistaciji i menti s diskom od celera koji je punjen mousseom od mozga i ovčjeg sira, prepeličjih jaja, kiseli luk u cikli te umak od janjetine i ulje od paprike.
Sarah je za zadnje jelo donijela efektan desert sa suhim ledom, dok je Luka napravio desert s pričom o njegovom kraju, a između ostalog je sadržavao mousse od magarećeg mlijeka i bijele čokolade punjene datuljama i koprivama.

Ocjene za hladno predjelo bile su izjednačene, no tijekom ocjenjivanja toplog predjela Sarah je prešla u vodstvo, a tek je desert odlučio o pobjedniku. Bio je to Luka koji je dobio najviše ocjene za svoje slasne završne kreacije. „Nekako mi je sve nestvarno. Baš su me preplavile emocije. Pehar je moj. Posvećujem ga sebi. Još ne mogu vjerovati koliko me emocije trgaju. Presretan sam. Volio bih da me netko uštipne, da mi da neki znak da je ovo stvarnost“, rekao je Luka dodavši da mu je ova pobjeda vjetar u leđa. Iako joj je pobjeda izmakla za dlaku, Sarah ne žali: „Sad sam svjesna da sam jaka i da sam zapravo dogurala do finala MasterChefa i ne mogu vjerovati. Nema tračka razočaranja u meni. Luka je osvojio titulu MasterChefa i više nego zasluženo“.
„MasterChef mi je potpuno promijenio život. Veselim se svemu i drago mi je što sam se prijavio ovdje i prošao ovo iskustvo“, rekao je Luka za kraj.
