Dok s jedne strane bilježimo rekorde u noćenjima, prometu trajektnim i zračnim lukama, prometnim gužvama na svim pravcima od unutrašnjosti prema moru i obrnuto, dok se po zlato plaća ono malo slobodnih kreveta, s druge strane turistički vodiči ne mogu se pohvaliti uspješnom turističkom sezonom.

Prošle godine odradili su samo pet posto posla u odnosu na 2019. godinu zbog zatvaranja granica i epidemioloških mjera. Ove godine situacija je bolja, no još uvijek ne mogu biti zadovoljni jer su izgubili predsezonu i posezonu, ono razdoblje od travnja do kraja lipnja i zatim tijekom rujna do kraja listopada kada su imali najviše posla.

- Jako je loša situacija. Radimo vrlo malo, brodova gotovo pa nema, nešto se rade individualna vođenja. Načelno su nam agencije ponudile suradnju uz sniženje cijena usluga, i to za 20 posto. Zahtjevi prema vodičima su se povećali jer smo, osim uobičajenih obveza ispunjenja naloga i odrađivanja programa, imali i rigorozne epidemiološke mjere koje smo morali poštovati, nošenje maski cijelo vrijeme, držanje distance, popisivanje rasporeda sjedenja u autobusima, dezinficiranja audioopreme... Gosti su morali poštovati tzv. bubble koncept, odnosno ne dolaziti u kontakt ni s kim osim s vodičem, pa nije bilo slobodnog vremena za šoping koji inače imamo po programu.

Mnogi izišli iz turizma

Kasnije je taj pristup malo popustio, ali se s povećanjem brojki zaraženih opet sve vraća pod stroži režim kao i na početku sezone, koju, nažalost, nismo ni odradili - govori nam Marija Dužević, splitska vodičica s dugogodišnjim iskustvom, kojoj su forte bile turističke ture autobusima u nacionalne parkove i na lokacije diljem Dalmacije.

Ove godine na prste broji takve ture. Veli nam kako su mnogi njezini kolege izišli iz turizma jer uz poček plaćanja od par mjeseci od strane agencija sve postaje financijski mnogo neizvjesnije za vodiče u odnosu na pred-COVID turizam i 2019. godinu.

Ona se, poput mnogih vodiča, cijepila jer ima obvezu testiranja prema agencijama. Nastoji se poštovati geslo "Safe stay in Croatia", što znači da su rado surađivali u smislu zaštite gostiju i njihova zdravlja.

- Meni gosti dođu i kažu kako žele potrošiti novac kod nas, a ne mogu jer imaju pravilo neodvajanja od grupe. Njima je važno kupiti kakav suvenir, kravatu, pojesti našu hranu u restoranima, no sve je to sada komplicirano. Zato mnogi gosti traže individualna vođenja jer su fleksibilnija.

Puno vodiča se okrenulo web platformama, ulažu u svoj obrte i sami sebe promoviraju i povezuju se s agencijama. One koji imaju registrirane obrte spasile su potpore za očuvanje radnih mjesta HZZ-a u ovom razdoblju pandemije, no svjesni smo kako je to samo jedan način pomoći te kako se situacija u turizmu mora normalizirati da bi se opet ostvarivali prihodi i poslovalo neometano. Premda su neizvjesna vremena, nadamo se ipak da će 2022. donijeti stabilizaciju tržišta - kaže vodičica Marija, koja je uz posao vođenja našla još jedan, privremeni, jer teška su vremena za ovaj sektor.

Malo koristi od 'kruzeraša'

Istu priču priča nam i Ivo Luketa, predsjednik Društva turističkih vodiča Split. Uhvatili smo ga prije vođenja jedne VIP grupe. Onih masovnih grupa jedva da ima, i to tek kada stigne kruzer u splitsku luku.

- Samo usporedite 300 uplovljavanja s 50 ove godine, ali uz sve ove mjere koje se traže kod takvih gostiju. Putnici s kruzera moraju ići u organizirane obilaske, ne mogu otići s broda kada žele, nema trošenja po gradu kao inače, a u autobusima ih bude tek desetak. Nije to to.

Nema više Azijata koji su nam punili predsezonu i posezonu, a tada je bilo udarno, ko na traci smo radili. Eno, pogledajte ispred "F Terminala", nema nijednog putničkog autobusa, a nekad je tu bila gužva. Istina, apartmani su puni, ali nema vođenja. Ovo što radimo je tek slamka spasa.

Nažalost, mnogi su i ugasili obrte, traže druge poslove jer ne mogu s desetak vođenja ljeti pokriti troškove obrta i osigurati život tijekom cijele godine - kaže Luketa, koji se kao i njegovi brojni kolege snalazi kako zna i umije, nadajući se da će jednom doći kraj pandemiji i da će se sve vratiti na staro. Do tada, vodiči pod maskama kriju svoje najjače oružje - osmijehe.

Dok s jedne strane bilježimo rekorde u noćenjima, prometu trajektnim i zračnim lukama, prometnim gužvama na svim pravcima od unutrašnjosti prema moru i obrnuto, dok se po zlato plaća ono malo slobodnih kreveta, s druge strane turistički vodiči ne mogu se pohvaliti uspješnom turističkom sezonom.

Prošle godine odradili su samo pet posto posla u odnosu na 2019. godinu zbog zatvaranja granica i epidemioloških mjera. Ove godine situacija je bolja, no još uvijek ne mogu biti zadovoljni jer su izgubili predsezonu i posezonu, ono razdoblje od travnja do kraja lipnja i zatim tijekom rujna do kraja listopada kada su imali najviše posla.

- Jako je loša situacija. Radimo vrlo malo, brodova gotovo pa nema, nešto se rade individualna vođenja. Načelno su nam agencije ponudile suradnju uz sniženje cijena usluga, i to za 20 posto. Zahtjevi prema vodičima su se povećali jer smo, osim uobičajenih obveza ispunjenja naloga i odrađivanja programa, imali i rigorozne epidemiološke mjere koje smo morali poštovati, nošenje maski cijelo vrijeme, držanje distance, popisivanje rasporeda sjedenja u autobusima, dezinficiranja audioopreme... Gosti su morali poštovati tzv. bubble koncept, odnosno ne dolaziti u kontakt ni s kim osim s vodičem, pa nije bilo slobodnog vremena za šoping koji inače imamo po programu.

Mnogi izišli iz turizma

Kasnije je taj pristup malo popustio, ali se s povećanjem brojki zaraženih opet sve vraća pod stroži režim kao i na početku sezone, koju, nažalost, nismo ni odradili - govori nam Marija Dužević, splitska vodičica s dugogodišnjim iskustvom, kojoj su forte bile turističke ture autobusima u nacionalne parkove i na lokacije diljem Dalmacije.

Ove godine na prste broji takve ture. Veli nam kako su mnogi njezini kolege izišli iz turizma jer uz poček plaćanja od par mjeseci od strane agencija sve postaje financijski mnogo neizvjesnije za vodiče u odnosu na pred-COVID turizam i 2019. godinu.

Ona se, poput mnogih vodiča, cijepila jer ima obvezu testiranja prema agencijama. Nastoji se poštovati geslo "Safe stay in Croatia", što znači da su rado surađivali u smislu zaštite gostiju i njihova zdravlja.

- Meni gosti dođu i kažu kako žele potrošiti novac kod nas, a ne mogu jer imaju pravilo neodvajanja od grupe. Njima je važno kupiti kakav suvenir, kravatu, pojesti našu hranu u restoranima, no sve je to sada komplicirano. Zato mnogi gosti traže individualna vođenja jer su fleksibilnija.

Puno vodiča se okrenulo web platformama, ulažu u svoj obrte i sami sebe promoviraju i povezuju se s agencijama. One koji imaju registrirane obrte spasile su potpore za očuvanje radnih mjesta HZZ-a u ovom razdoblju pandemije, no svjesni smo kako je to samo jedan način pomoći te kako se situacija u turizmu mora normalizirati da bi se opet ostvarivali prihodi i poslovalo neometano. Premda su neizvjesna vremena, nadamo se ipak da će 2022. donijeti stabilizaciju tržišta - kaže vodičica Marija, koja je uz posao vođenja našla još jedan, privremeni, jer teška su vremena za ovaj sektor.

Malo koristi od 'kruzeraša'

Istu priču priča nam i Ivo Luketa, predsjednik Društva turističkih vodiča Split. Uhvatili smo ga prije vođenja jedne VIP grupe. Onih masovnih grupa jedva da ima, i to tek kada stigne kruzer u splitsku luku.

- Samo usporedite 300 uplovljavanja s 50 ove godine, ali uz sve ove mjere koje se traže kod takvih gostiju. Putnici s kruzera moraju ići u organizirane obilaske, ne mogu otići s broda kada žele, nema trošenja po gradu kao inače, a u autobusima ih bude tek desetak. Nije to to.

Nema više Azijata koji su nam punili predsezonu i posezonu, a tada je bilo udarno, ko na traci smo radili. Eno, pogledajte ispred "F Terminala", nema nijednog putničkog autobusa, a nekad je tu bila gužva. Istina, apartmani su puni, ali nema vođenja. Ovo što radimo je tek slamka spasa.

Nažalost, mnogi su i ugasili obrte, traže druge poslove jer ne mogu s desetak vođenja ljeti pokriti troškove obrta i osigurati život tijekom cijele godine - kaže Luketa, koji se kao i njegovi brojni kolege snalazi kako zna i umije, nadajući se da će jednom doći kraj pandemiji i da će se sve vratiti na staro. Do tada, vodiči pod maskama kriju svoje najjače oružje - osmijehe.
