Visoki predstavnik EU za vanjsku i sigurnosnu politiku Josep Borrell u nedjelju je poručio da su neke države članice EU spremne dati Ukrajini i svoje borbene avione. Već do utorka bilo je jasno da - nisu.

Spominjalo se da bi se radilo o radilo o oko 70 zrakoplova, najvjerojatnije Mig-29 i Su-25, a koji bi došli iz Poljske, Slovačke i Bugarske. Sve tri zemlje naknadno su poručile da borbene avione Ukrajini ipak neće donirati. Oglasio se i poljski predsjednik Andrzej Duda, rekavši kako je odlučeno da Poljska neće slati svoje zrakoplove u Ukrajinu. Isti stav zauzela je i Slovačka.

Duda je uz šefa NATO-a Jensa Stoltenberga objasnio kako savez neće riskirati uvlačenje u sukob između Rusije i Ukrajine, te neće slati borbene zrakoplove Ukrajini, a Stoltenberg je dodao kako NATO neće biti dio ovog sukoba.

- NATO neće slati svoje snage u Ukrajinu ili prebacivati zrakoplove u ukrajinski zračni prostor - kazao je Stoltenberg.

Ruska dominacija

Podsjetimo, predsjednik Volodimir Zelenski, ali i brojni drugi Ukrajinci, pozvali su NATO da uvede zonu zabrane leta na ukrajinskom zračnom prostoru, no NATO i SAD su jasno rekle kako bi to bila eskalacija koja bi ih uvela u sukob s Rusijom.

Ukrajinske zračne snage dosad su pretrpjele nemale gubitke. Tako je potvrđeno da je uništen jedan Suhoj Su-27 čiji su ostaci pali na kuće u okolici Kijeva, a kratko je objavljeno i da je tijekom jedne zračne bitke poginuo i legendarni pilot Oleksandr Oksančenko.

Jasno je da Ukrajina ima potrebu za ojačavanjem svojih zračnih snaga kako bi se branila. Dosad su koliko-toliko uspijevali spriječiti da Rusija ima totalnu nadmoć u zraku, ali to bi se ubrzo moglo promijeniti. Istovremeno, Rusija je značajno jača kada je u pitanju protuzračna obrana.

S druge strane, avion Suhoj Su-27, koji je 24. veljače iz još nepoznatih razloga odletio u Rumunjsku, vratio se kući u Ukrajinu. Zrakoplov se vratio usred ratnih zbivanja.

Rumunjsko ministarstvo obrane objavilo je da je Su-27 napustio njihovu zemlju na zahtjev ukrajinskih vlasti te nije bio naoružan kada je poletio. Do ukrajinske granice pratila su ga dva rumunjska zrakoplova MiG-21, a kada je prešao na ukrajinski zračni prostor dočekala su ga dva nespecificirana ukrajinska lovca.

Kako je Su-27 završio u Rumunjskoj

Rumunjsko ministarstvo najprije je objavilo kako su njihovi lovci F-16 presreli zrakoplov nakon što je ušao u rumunjski zračni prostor radi "neodobrenog leta".

Nakon što je sletio, "ukrajinski vojni pilot predao se rumunjskim vlastima, te su poduzete sve potrebne mjere", rekli su iz ministarstva.

Kada je sletio, ukrajinski je zrakoplov bio potpuno naoružan, no u matičnu zemlju vratio se bez ikakve bojne opreme. Razlog je što iz NATO članice prema propisima ne smije u ukrajinski prostor uletjeti bilo kakva naoružana letjelica kako se ne bi smatralo provokacijom rata.

Da je, primjerice, Su-27 pri svom povratku u bazu u Ukrajini oborio ruski zrakoplov, to bi moglo dovesti do velike eskalacije i međunarodnog incidenta.

Stoga se zrakoplov vratio razoružan, ali u Ukrajini su ga dočekala dva opremljena domaća lovca. Njegovo naoružanje bit će vraćeno Ukrajini drugim transportnim načinima, s obzirom da NATO ionako opskrbljuje Ukrajinu s raketama zrak-zrak.

No, The Drive ponavlja kako je nejasno zašto je SU-27 uopće otišao u Rumunjsku. Moguće je da se nije mogao vratiti s neke od misija tijekom ruskih napada ili da je njegova baza razorena, pa je rumunjska baza bila najbliže moguće sletište. Visoki predstavnik EU za vanjsku i sigurnosnu politiku Josep Borrell u nedjelju je poručio da su neke države članice EU spremne dati Ukrajini i svoje borbene avione. Već do utorka bilo je jasno da - nisu.

Spominjalo se da bi se radilo o radilo o oko 70 zrakoplova, najvjerojatnije Mig-29 i Su-25, a koji bi došli iz Poljske, Slovačke i Bugarske. Sve tri zemlje naknadno su poručile da borbene avione Ukrajini ipak neće donirati. Naime, Bugarska i Slovačka time bi de facto ostale bez borbenih aviona u trenutku kada im novi američki F-16 Block 70, koje su obje zemlje kupile, još nisu isporučeni. Bugarska je dodala i da u slučaju donacije MiG-ova Ukrajini ne bi imala avione kojima bi mogla čuvati vlastito nebo, prenosi Jutarnji.

Štoviše, bugarski mediji javljaju kako je tamošnji premijer Kiril Petkov ideju nazvao "apsurdnom", rekavši kako njegova zemlja nema dovoljno zrakoplova ili potrebnih dijelova da bi ih dijelila okolo.

Oglasio se i poljski predsjednik Andrzej Duda, rekavši kako je odlučeno da Poljska neće slati svoje zrakoplove u Ukrajinu. Isti stav zauzela je i Slovačka.

Duda je uz šefa NATO-a Jensa Stoltenberga objasnio kako savez neće riskirati uvlačenje u sukob između Rusije i Ukrajine, te neće slati borbene zrakoplove Ukrajini, a Stoltenberg je dodao kako NATO neće biti dio ovog sukoba.

- NATO neće slati svoje snage u Ukrajinu ili prebacivati zrakoplove u ukrajinski zračni prostor - kazao je Stoltenberg.

Ruska dominacija

Podsjetimo, predsjednik Volodimir Zelenski, ali i brojni drugi Ukrajinci, pozvali su NATO da uvede zonu zabrane leta na ukrajinskom zračnom prostoru, no NATO i SAD su jasno rekle kako bi to bila eskalacija koja bi ih uvela u sukob s Rusijom.

Ukrajinske zračne snage dosad su pretrpjele nemale gubitke. Tako je potvrđeno da je uništen jedan Suhoj Su-27 čiji su ostaci pali na kuće u okolici Kijeva, a kratko je objavljeno i da je tijekom jedne zračne bitke poginuo i legendarni pilot Oleksandr Oksančenko.

Jasno je da Ukrajina ima potrebu za ojačavanjem svojih zračnih snaga kako bi se branila. Dosad su koliko-toliko uspijevali spriječiti da Rusija ima totalnu nadmoć u zraku, ali to bi se ubrzo moglo promijeniti. Istovremeno, Rusija je značajno jača kada je u pitanju protuzračna obrana.

S druge strane, avion Suhoj Su-27, koji je 24. veljače iz još nepoznatih razloga odletio u Rumunjsku, vratio se kući u Ukrajinu. Zrakoplov se vratio usred ratnih zbivanja.

Rumunjsko ministarstvo obrane objavilo je da je Su-27 napustio njihovu zemlju na zahtjev ukrajinskih vlasti te nije bio naoružan kada je poletio. Do ukrajinske granice pratila su ga dva rumunjska zrakoplova MiG-21, a kada je prešao na ukrajinski zračni prostor dočekala su ga dva nespecificirana ukrajinska lovca.

Kako je Su-27 završio u Rumunjskoj

Rumunjsko ministarstvo najprije je objavilo kako su njihovi lovci F-16 presreli zrakoplov nakon što je ušao u rumunjski zračni prostor radi "neodobrenog leta".

Nakon što je sletio, "ukrajinski vojni pilot predao se rumunjskim vlastima, te su poduzete sve potrebne mjere", rekli su iz ministarstva.

Kada je sletio, ukrajinski je zrakoplov bio potpuno naoružan, no u matičnu zemlju vratio se bez ikakve bojne opreme. Razlog je što iz NATO članice prema propisima ne smije u ukrajinski prostor uletjeti bilo kakva naoružana letjelica kako se ne bi smatralo provokacijom rata.

Da je, primjerice, Su-27 pri svom povratku u bazu u Ukrajini oborio ruski zrakoplov, to bi moglo dovesti do velike eskalacije i međunarodnog incidenta.

Stoga se zrakoplov vratio razoružan, ali u Ukrajini su ga dočekala dva opremljena domaća lovca. Njegovo naoružanje bit će vraćeno Ukrajini drugim transportnim načinima, s obzirom da NATO ionako opskrbljuje Ukrajinu s raketama zrak-zrak.

No, The Drive ponavlja kako je nejasno zašto je SU-27 uopće otišao u Rumunjsku. Moguće je da se nije mogao vratiti s neke od misija tijekom ruskih napada ili da je njegova baza razorena, pa je rumunjska baza bila najbliže moguće sletište. Nepotvrđene informacije govore da je, uslijed napada, onemogućena komunikacija zrakoplova sa zapovjedništvom.
